I am Marilyn Grubbs, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and healing heARTS is my psychotherapy practice located at 8800 Seawell School Rd, Chapel, NC 27516. This website gives you information about me and the therapy techniques I use – so feel free to explore, and contact me if you’d like to discuss working with me.

I do talk therapy and several forms of art therapy, as well as creative arts workshops to enhance creativity and self-awareness. The special psychotherapy techniques I use include cognitive therapy and DBT, as well as trauma therapy using Somatic Experiencing. I also do family therapy and supervised visitation, either court-ordered or voluntary, for non-custodial parents.
